Mobile First Design
The entire platform was created using mobile-first principles. This required a thorough implementation due to the numerous different layouts used throughout the platform - all created to match the type of content being displayed.
Video Directory
The platform contained multiple different directories, from videos, to events, to companies partnered with the Knowvate Hub team.
This project allowed CalypsoTech to further expand its expertise, adding new capabilities to its growing portfolio of web development solutions. It was a comprehensive and intricate endeavor that began with prototyping on Figma as the foundation and culminated in the delivery of a fully functional, feature-rich website that met and exceeded the client’s specifications. The platform’s complexity lay in its multi-layered structure, accommodating multiple directories—such as videos, events, and partners—that were accessible through various account types, including users, partners, and administrators. Each account type was equipped with distinct permissions and functionalities, creating a seamless and intuitive experience for all stakeholders.
For partners, we implemented tools that allowed them to upload, edit, and manage their content directly on the platform. Users, on the other hand, were given the ability to interact with partners and their content through features like likes, comments, and direct messaging. Additionally, we developed a dedicated forum to foster meaningful interaction between users and partners, enhancing community engagement. To tie everything together, we created an admin portal that provided the client with full control over the platform. From user management to content moderation, the admin portal empowered the client to manage all aspects of the site efficiently.
